ATICO Loyalty Card Program
- ATICO Loyalty Cards are used exclusively at ATICO–Fakhreldin Group outlets.
- ATICO Loyalty Card holders accumulate ATICO points and get discounts on `a la carte menu prices at any ATICO outlet or by using ATICO delivery service.
- To become an ATICO Classic Card holder, the bill in any ATICO outlet must reach the minimum of 50 JD per person (excluding tax).
- Once the application form is complete, kindly hand it in to the manager on duty or send it directly to the ATICO Head Office, Shmeisani. A copy of the bill must be attached.
- Once the application is received, the ATICO Classic Card will be issued and delivered within 10 working days.
- As soon as the ATICO Classic Card is received, it can be used, in any ATICO outlet immediately! This card offers 4 ATICO points per 1 JD spent which can be redeemed at any ATICO outlet.
- In the CLASSIC tier, once 10,000 ATICO points have been accumulated within a year, an automatic upgrading will ensure an ATICO Gold Card allowing a 10% discount on the total bill, 2 ATICO points per 1 JD spent and many other exclusive offers.
- In the GOLD tier, once 10,000 ATICO points have been accumulated, within a year, an automatic upgrading will guarantee an ATICO Platinum Card allowing a 15% discount on the total bill, 2 ATICO points per 1 JD spent, priority in reservations and many more exclusive offers.
- ATICO points are used to upgrade the card and can be redeemed at ATICO outlets only.
- ATICO points redeemed will not affect the ATICO point accumulation required for an upgrade.
- ATICO Gold and Platinum Cards are valid for one year.
- In order to sustain your card tier the following year, an accumulation of a minimum of 2500 points for the ATICO Gold Card and 5000 points for the ATICO Platinum Card are required within 12 months from date of issue. There are no minimum points required to keep the ATICO Classic card.

- ATICO Corporate Card holders benefit from a 10% discount in any ATICO outlet. This is inapplicable on set menus, special promotions and events.
- ATICO Corporate Card holders will be granted 2 ATICO points for every 1 JD spent at any ATICO restaurant and 4 ATICO points for every JD on rooms booked & materialized at AlQasr Metropole Hotel.
- ATICO Corporate Card holders have priority in reservations in all ATICO outlets.
- ATICO Corporate Card holders get an upgrade on rooms at AlQasr Metropole Hotel, upon availability.
- ATICO Corporate Card holders have accessibility to the Corporate Customer Service Center 079 9926544. This number maybe used for all reservations within ATICO.
