"Unexpected stay in Amman made a bit more pleasant by supportive staff."

I had a connecting flight in Europe and my luggage stayed behind, I had to spend two nights in Amman following up with the hotel staff on my luggage. They had the courtesy to call the airport and stay on the line as long as it took to get an answer. Much appreciated!
