Coming from Saudi Arabia, I can assure that there is not one restaurant in the whole Middle East like Fakhr-El Din Restaurant and that is the disadvantage. You should be opening up restaurants with same ambience by buying out an old property with a beautifully flowered backyard of Lebanese style. Just a small tip, I had lamb cubes that were marinated in lemon and garlic. I would like them to be a little bit more tender and I would like them to smell lemon and garlic. Otherwise, my visit to Fakhr-El Din Restaurant is one of the most unforgettable experiences in my life that compels me to come to Amman just for having another dinner. Please keep it up all the good work and trust me your prices are reasonable given the quality of food and service that you provide. And by giving this survey I think and hope that I will get a complimentary Kanafa from you the next time I visit Amman, which will be soon just for coming back to Fakhr El din Restaurant."
