Food Handling Workshop

Ms. Duaa Al-Suliman, Quality Assurance Supervisor, at ATICO Fakhreldin Group, held an intensive Food Handling workshop for all the teams at various restaurant kitchens. The aim of the workshop was to go through the whole process of food handling and how to receive and inspect all food items taking into consideration storage priority amongst other essential examinations including a sensory evaluation to make sure that the products are free from contaminates. It was very helpful and the team enjoyed a valuable workshop, and were handed certificates of participation.
