2000m2 land acquired by ATICO, adjacent to AlQasr Hotel, for expansion:

ATICO is already working on the plans for expanding the hotel to include deluxe suites and various amenities such as conference rooms, a ball room, more out lets, a swimming pool and a modern high tech gym.
Besides the expansion, ATICO will be working on renovating the existing rooms and facilities, to upgrade the hotel to become a deluxe 4 star business hotel.

Fakhr El-Din Restaurant expansion:

ATICO has acquired 800 m2 of land adjacent to the existing Fakhreldin Restaurant.  It is working on developing a summer garden that can fit up to 750 people. This garden will be ready by the summer of 2007.
The existing garden will be closed off by a steel structure and will be added to the restaurant. It will be able to cater for the increasing demand of clientele during the winter season.

Asian Lounge:

A free standing Asian styled lounge, situated above Ren Chai, will soon be operating. The well-known Lebanese architect will provide a contemporary design which will offer light Asian food such as Sushi and dim sum offered with cocktails, wines or Asian flavored teas.  The lounge will also have a large terrace which over looks the restaurant's garden, to accommodate the cool summer nights of Amman.

ATICO Catering:

ATICO will develop its catering department. Its catering services will include a variety of cuisines and will be coupled with the latest equipment, facilities and professional services.
