Yoshi’s Kani Salad

Yoshi offers Asian specialties
including Dim Sum, authentic tepanyaki and Asian platters, along with creative
sushi dishes offered straight from the Sushi bar where seating is available.
During the winter time the fireplace area with the red leather sofas adds a
cozy feel.Yoshi offers warmth during the cold winter and an outdoor terrace and
open windows for breezy summery days, with an elevated terrace space under a
magnificent old tree, over looking the bar area inside. The outdoor space at
Yoshi is quite special because it is somewhat secluded and is covered by a
dangling Jacaranda tree, which adds to Asian touch at Yoshi.

The Yoshi Kani Salad is one of the most popularsalads served at Yoshi for lunch or dinner, summer and winter! The name ‘kani’ actually comes from the Japanese word for crab. The salad includes thinly shredded crab, along with variations of ingredients including carrots, lettuce, mango and cucumbers. We’ve asked the Chef to share Yoshi’s special recipe since it is one of our best sellers!
