ATICO Fakhreldin Group Sushi & Sashimi workshop at Luminus Techincal Universty College, School of Hospitality and Tourism, October 2019

A two-day course was held between 22nd-23rd of October 2019 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., conducted by Chef Michel from Vinaigrette, AlQasr Metropole Hotel. The course about the preparation of sushi and sashimi plates ran over the period of two days. The first day covered an introductory about the world of sushi, how to prepare sushi rice and important facts about sushi and seafood. The second day was about creating maki rolls, nigiri, sashimi and kani salad. It was very interesting and Chef Michel did an amazing job.
