Chef Bilal Abdul Dayem began his career as a Chef De Partie in 1997. Since then he has gained experience and knowledge in various cuisines, including Chinese, French andinternational cuisines. He advanced at ATICO Fakhreldin Group for over 20 years. Currently Chef Bilal, the Executive Chef, of AlQasr Metropole Hotel leads the kitchen and is in charge of all back of house activities, from menu planning and ordering, to mentoring kitchen staff.
