We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host at (Fakhreldin Restaurant). The Restaurant Host will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations.
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the reception and waiting areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure a positive first impression.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
