Congratulations Chef Bassam, Pastry Chef at Solaya Restaurant

In collaboration with Emirates Culinary Guild, and the support of  Saudi Arabian Chefs’ Association, Qatar Culinary Professional,  Jordan Restaurant Association and The Jordanian Chefs Association TUTTO FOOD and HostMilano organize a journey from Riyadh, Dubai, Amman to Milan discovering the best dates culinary creationsThe competition that rewards the most innovative date recipes. ATICO Fakhreldin Group had many participants including: Bassam AlJammal, Bayan Abu Zahra and Ahmad Atat from Solaya Restaurant, Fares Awwad from Vinaigrette, Hamzeh Najar AlQasr Garden both from AlQasr Metropole Hotel, Saif Abu Elian Wild Jordan Center. The Semi Final of Chapter I of the competition took place in Amman  on the 29 of September 2022. Chef Bassam Al Jammal, from Solaya Restaurant won with his Infused Dates Cake. He will qualify for the finals held in Italy, 2023. The mission of the events, as well as enhancing the creativity of the chefs, creates a bridge between different gastronomic cultures.
