Rabee Tadros, Senior Bartender at Copas Central, won first place at a cocktail competition organized by Shiffar, a local distributor and manufacturer of alcoholic beverage products. The main purpose of the competition was to create a NEW cocktail using Hayman’s Gin. The competition was between 40 contenders and the first round was held at The Ritz-Carlton hotel on 27th September, 2023. Tadros was in the lead of the first knock outs and came first. The second round was held on 3rd of October, between 12 bartenders at The Loft and that is when Rabee even further dazzled everyone with his expertise and passion and rightly so he won again.
